As a seasoned Residential and Commercial Contractor, he has trained many apprentices, guiding them to achieve their dreams of becoming skilled tradesmen.

He’s also organized several safety and technical workshops, ensuring that his trainees not only learn the craft but do so safely and proficiently. Even during his college years, Eric’s passion for teaching was evident when he worked as a certified personal trainer at a local gym.

Today, our country faces a significant shortage of skilled workers, and many basic home maintenance skills are being lost. Eric is committed to addressing this issue by developing a trade school specifically for young men.

Over the past few years, he has been teaching his two sons and many of their friends practical skills, from building skateboard ramps to using basic hand tools.

Every project is approached with safety and excellence at the forefront, ensuring these young learners develop both competence and confidence.
